Hazard Orientation Safety Reports are Eng Physics's primary method of safety record keeping. They're our record that we've provided you orientation, and that your supervisor has familiarized you with the hazards you're likely to encounter in your project work.

Reports are completed after participating in the Eng Phys Hazard Orientation Course.
