NEW - IPACS UTS Service Desk Tool Communications

IPACS, the new UTS service desk tool, sends safe email communications from syipacs@mcmaster.ca to users who contact the UTS Service Desk. The emails contain important information related to incident tickets, service requests and customer satisfaction surveys.
