You must be an instructor teaching a course at McMaster University. Send an e-mail with your first and last name and e-mail address to thyreta@mcmaster.ca in order to become registered with Turnitin.com. Once you are registered, Turnitin will send you an e-mail confirmation containing password information.
You may then log on to www.turnitin.com using your e-mail address and password.
Create your class and then each assignment you want submitted to Turnitin.com.
As part of the registering process, a class ID number and password for the students will be created. You must provide the students with the ID number and password so that they may submit their works. (If you forget the password, you can access it on your homepage by clicking on the class stats button.)
