Results

Ultrastructure:

TEM and SEM Electron microscopy reveals trophozoites in the exudate. The trophozoites have 20 microns diameter, they are ovoid or ameboid form ; TEM Figure 6, and one trophozoite have vesicles in membrane (arrows) figure 7; by SEM figure 8 and figure 9
