It encompasses not only internal physical and cyber assets such as machinery, equipment, processes, and databases, but also the integration of external components such as suppliers, supply chain and customers.

Few technological innovations have steered as many conversations, ideas, debates, and uncertainty in the digitization of manufacturing or Industry 4.0 as the concepts of Big Data, AI, and Cyber-Security. Full of promise, potential and pitfalls, the concept remains largely unclear and complex. The Big Data, AI and Cyber Security program aims to remove some of the mystery around these critical topics and turn them into something tangible for participants, making them effective change ambassadors in their organizations.

From simple process parameter monitoring to enterprise level planning systems, people co-working with automation is a key driver of manufacturing performance and efficiency.
