Abstract

Background:The psychometric scale were used to teste a lot of psychiatric state.These paradigm were used in pharmachology to emphasize the effect of many drugs.Panic atack and anxiety have an important role in a number of psychiatric and medical diseases.In anxiety and more certain in panic atack,it is an noradrenergic discharge from locus coeruleus.The calcium channel blockers(CCB)decrease the noradrenergic(NA)discharge.The psychometric research are efficient methods to emphasize the role of CCB.Methods:The action of CCB throught anxiety state were studied by many behaviour paradigm in the same time at more subjects with cardiovasculaire diseases,compared with control subjects in stress conditions.The results were statisticly analised by Microsoft Office '97.Conclusions:CCB influence anxiety like state to cardiovasculare subjects.
