McMaster University 2003 Public Sector Salary Disclosure

Hamilton, ON - McMaster University is today releasing a list of salaries of those employees whose 2003 income, as reflected on their T4 slips, met or exceeded $100,000. The 2003 taxable benefits are also listed.

The release of this information is mandated by the Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act.

We must offer competitive compensation in order to attract the best people to provide excellence in teaching, learning and research.”

McMaster University employs more than 5,000 faculty and staff. Total full-time and part-time student enrolment is more than 27,000. The University’s annual expenditures exceed $500 million.

Members of the public may access the salary disclosure information in the Office of Public and Government Relations, Chester New Hall, Room 111, weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
