Fascinating results.I think that the available 2D-protein database becomes an essential tool for biomedical gerontology.I have three questions.1)How many proteins have been identified on the 2D-protein database of TIG-3 cells? 2)What kinds of post-translational modification have been identified on it.3)Silver staining could covalently modify some amino acid residues.Does the staining interfare the protein sequencing analysis,when you try to identify proteins of your interest?
