Fascinating results.
I think that the available 2D-protein database becomes an essential tool for biomedical gerontology.I have three questions.
1) How many proteins have been identified on the 2D-protein database
of TIG-3 cells?
2) What kinds of post-translational modification have been identified
on it.
3) Silver staining could covalently modify some amino acid residues.
Does the staining interfare the protein sequencing analysis,when
you try to identify proteins of your interest?
