Some of the responses to my initial question on measurability of success seem to indicate that I have made up mind that this network is not successful. �I have not just the same as I have not decided that INABIS98 is a success or not. �As a scientist, I make my living testing hypothesis and measurement is a large part of it. �If some of you have ideas on what the measurables for such a success ought to be, I would like to share them. �Since this forum is about sharing ideas, let us question useful of the network so that we do not have to invite any Congressmen here (I despise them). �Cheers. akg
