Error 404 when attempting to logon to MVS ADWEB

The error 404 means there has been a password violation.

Step 1. Verify that you entered the correct password for MVS ADWEB and not Oracle.

Step 2. If you unable to login into ADWEB, send an email to with your contact information requesting a password reset.

Once your password has been reset, you must:

Step 1. Go to Oracle Web Access to E-Forms at .

Step 2. Click on Change your MVS ADWEB password and change your password.

Step 3. Logon to MVS ADWEB with the new password you just set.
