Accounts and Passwords Learn More

Your Mac ID is your unique identifier used to access the computing environment at McMaster University. Student, faculty and staff accounts give access to email, library, administrative systems, and other resources.

Administrative Systems Learn More

Services that facilitate administrative systems and resources. Includes DocuSign eSignature and Mosaic (Student Administration, Finance, HR, Research Administration, and Facilities Maintenance Management).

Communication, Collaboration and Storage Learn More

Services that facilitate university communications and collaboration. Includes e-mail, calendaring,  telephony, teleconferencing, MacDrive, and Network File Shares

Computers, Printers, and Software Learn More

Remote and On-Site computer hardware and software support services, Software Licensing including Office 365 for Staff and Students, IT Equipment Disposal, NetReg support, and Provisioning of Hardware and Software.

Infrastructure Learn More

Enterprise-level hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure that provide underlying support for university activities. Includes data centers, network backbone, wireless, central storage and system backup solutions, server virtualization, and systems management and operations.
