The undersigned court appointed class representatives in Application [  #  ] in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the Application) hereby agree to become parties, in our capacity as class representatives and on behalf of the class of persons we represent pursuant to an order  of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in the Application dated _____,  to the Surplus Sharing Settlement Agreement made as of May 31, 2001 among McMaster University, the McMaster University Faculty Association, the McMaster University Staff Association, the Management Group (McMaster), the McMaster University Clinical Faculty Association, the McMaster University Retirees Association, McMaster Employees’ Pension Surplus  Committee and Koskie Minsky (on its own behalf and on behalf of all persons entitled to benefits under the Plan at any time between July 1, 2000 and December 31, 2000, inclusive who retained Koskie Minsky to execute the Surplus Sharing Settlement Agreement on their behalf).
