Thank you for your interest. Of course, nobody could be 100% sure in security and stability of computer system. Nevertheless, we could use known encryption systems (like PGP etc.)for security and Unix-based systems for stability. And the main thing is to evaluate properly possible damage from hacking etc. Is somebody hacks the system of telemedicine, esp. in Russia, and esp. in occupational medicine, what could he manage ? He could receive compensation for pseudo-occupational disease for 1-2 months, then trick will be revealed. The sum will hardly be over 50-100 USD nowadays. One who can hack computers would rather hack bank systems, than medical systems.
