Dr. Simantov: In Fig. 3, the 3H-5HT uptake appears to be biphasic. Is it that just a couple of points are off in this one experiment or do you see such a pattern regularly? The LB plot has an inflection consistent with a mechanism more complex than the simple Michaelis-Manten.
