Dr. Schiffrin: Fascinating results. Hope you are having fun at the meeting.One could argue that the treatment with the voltage sensitive Ca channel antagonists is not going to affect the endothelium directly as these cells do not have these channels. Is it possible to use them as a tool to distinguish between smooth muscle and endothelial role in hypetension?
