Provide a forum for department managers/administrators and human resource professionals to discuss and resolve questions and problems concerning the hiring process at McMaster University and the use of the MacTRAC hiring tool. Establish simplified processes and useful training tools and techniques that will improve the ability of this group to complete the hiring process effectively. |
