Provide department managers/administrators and Human Resources professionals with an integrated, paperless tool for job requisitions, approvals, job evaluation, recruitment postings, candidate selection and orientation
Provide applicants with secure account for storing resumes and applying for jobs
Provide technology that allows for digital storage of generic job descriptions and requisition templates for future use

Implement MacTRAC as the comprehensive, online replacement for Budget Form, Notice of Vacancy Form, Recruit and Position Form
Establish workflow processes that allow flexibility to departments for authorization purposes, while maintaining compensating controls

Quality Assurance Testing - February 20 to 27, 2009 (Complete):
- Comprehensive testing of system to ensure it exceeds the needs of the community
Initial HR Training - March 4 to 6, 2009 (Complete):
- Two consecutive days of training will be provided on site, followed by a half-day course on the reporting features
Completion Date - March 13, 2009 (Complete):
- Delivery of fully customized product allowing identification and delivery of appropriate training for users prior to Go-Live
Community Training - March 23 to April 24, 2009 (Complete)
