Department of Family Medicine
Medical Director, McMaster Family Practice
McMaster University’s Department of Family Medicine invites applications for a Family Physician to join McMaster Family Practice (MFP) in the full-time position of Medical Director. This is a busy academic teaching unit located in Hamilton, along the beautiful Niagara escarpment, covers the full spectrum of care in family medicine, and provides early exposure for learners to an inter-professional practice environment. It is expected that the Medical Director will fulfill clinical responsibilities at MFP within her/his scope of practice, including direct patient care and resident teaching and supervision.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience, including experience in health services administration. Experience in residency education is an asset.
