Except for captions and images of text, text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.
This is very easy to check. In your web browser, use the "Zoom" tool to resize the page to 200% of its original size. If there is no loss of quality in the images or fonts then you have passed Section 1.4.4.
