Citrix Connection for ViP and BI/FM Application Users
Requirements
The requirements listed below are necessary to access the applications available through the Citrix Application Farm.
Operating Systems
- Windows XP, Vista
- Linux (no support available - installation documentation)
- Mac OS X (supported limited to Citrix client installation only - known issues)
Web Browsers
Your computer must have one of the following supported Web Browsers installed:
- Internet Explorer (IE 6,7,8)
- Mozilla Firefox
User Requirements
To access the McMaster Citrix Application Farm, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have a valid MacID and password
- Citrix Access must be granted to this account - to acquire Citrix Access please contact the Service Desk at uts@mcmaster.ca or extension 24357
- Active user of ViP and/or SAS BI/FM Application
