Common Errors And Fixes

Start Button and Windows Task bar are missing when application is maximized.

  • Work around

    At the top right hand side of the application window, click the middle button Windows Resize beside the X close button. This will allow you to resize your window. Click a corner of the application window and drag the window to the desired size.

  • Fix

    Call the Service Desk at ext. 24357 and rerun the Citrix Client Detection. The Likely cause is that you are running a Java Client and the recommended configuration is the Web ICA Client.

There is a message showing in the Messages tab in Citrix.

Getting an error: unable to access C: drive.

  • Your Global Security Settings are not set correctly.
