Citrix Connection for ViP and BI/FM Application Users
Common Firefox Errors
In Firefox when trying to access the Citrix Application Website, https://macapps.mcmaster.ca site this error is presented.

2. Click on Or you can add an exception... link at the bottom of the error message.
3. Select Get Certificate.
4. Ensure the "Permanently store this exception" check box is checked and Select "Confirm Security
Exception". You should see the logon page as seen below.
5. In Firefox when launching an application such as ViP Production you receive the error as seen below:
"Cannot connect to the Citrix Xenapp server SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "COMODO High Assurance
Secure Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate ." Click OK.
6. Create a folder on your C: drive under: "C:\Program Files\Citrix\Ica Client\Keystore\Cacerts".
7. Download this certificate and place a copy of it in the above directory.
