Citrix Connection for ViP and BI/FM Application Users
Citrix Client Configuration
Citrix Client Configuration - Mac OSX Known Issues
- Safari & Firefox unable to detect Citrix Xenapp.
The first time you login to Citrix from a computer, you will be asked to download the Citrix client because Citrix uses "automatic client detection" to determine if your computer has the required software. With the Citrix MAC OS X client, this detection process does not work properly so each time you login you will be asked to download the client. The functionality is still there, the applications work, but you need to tell the browser that you already have the software installed.

When prompted with the Download option window, select the Already Installed option on the far right.
