Step 1. Browser Configuration Procedure

Configure Internet Explorer:

  1. In the navigation bar connect to:  https://macapps.mcmaster.ca

Step 1

  1. Add Citrix site to Trusted Sites
  2. Select Tools and Internet Options

Step 2

  1. Select the Security Tab and select Trusted Sites.

Step 3

  1. In the box Add this website to the zone: type https://macapps.mcmaster.ca

Step 4

  1. This site is now a Trusted site. Click Close.

Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

  1. Select Tools and Pop-up Blocker and Pop-up Blocker Settings

Step 5

  1. Enter https://macapps.mcmaster.ca in the Address of website to allow.

Step 6

  1. Click Add and Close. Close Internet Explorer to save the settings.
