Citrix Connection for ViP and BI/FM Application Users
Step 1. Browser Configuration Procedure
To the right of each step you will see a thumbnail. To make the image larger, simply move your mouse over the image. To display with the images expanded, click here.
Add Trusted Site
1. Open Internet Explorer browser and go to:
https://macapps.mcmaster.ca
2. Add Citrix site to Trusted Sites. Select Tools and Internet Options
3. Select the Security Tab and select Trusted Sites.
4. In the box Add this website to the zone: type
https://macapps.mcmaster.ca
5. This site is now a Trusted site. Click Close.
Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
1. Select Tools and Pop-up Blocker and Pop-up
Blocker Settings
2. Enter https://macapps.mcmaster.ca
in the Address of website to allow.
3. Click Add and Close. Close Internet Explorer to save the settings.
