Client Services provides support for a defined local area network environment. We are available for consultation and advice. The services include:

Installation and maintenance of servers
Access to site licensed software
Training and documentation of supported software
Customer support in the use of electronic communications tools

Production Control is responsible for co-ordinating administrative departments' computer schedules and ensuring that requests are processed to meet production deadlines. This includes the backing up of all production databases and keeping requirements of the job scheduling up to date to ensure data integrity. Production Control is also responsible for production and systems security.
