UTS Service Desk

The UTS Service Desk provides telephone and email support service to the McMaster community consisting primarily of basic technical assistance and problem resolution for a specific list of supported computer products and services. Advanced questions and problems are escalated to the appropriate contact.


If you require assistance, please email uts@mcmaster.ca or call ext. 24357. We are located in BSB-245.


Hours of Service: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Service Desk is closed on University holidays.
