Univmail Vacation Message Setup

- Go to Univmail website at https://univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca/
- Enter your MacID and password and click the “Enter” button.
- Click on the “Rules” header at the top of the page.
- Be sure that the “Vacation Message” checkbox is checked. Enter your message into the Vacation Message text area and then click the “Update” button.
- You should receive a confirmation message in the bottom left of the screen saying “Rules Update” in green text.
- If you are done in Univmail, be sure to click “Logout” in the top right of your screen.
To Remove Your Univmail Vacation Message
- Again log in to the web interface to UnivMail at https://univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca and click on Rules.
- Uncheck the "Vacation Message" box.
- Click on Update. This will remove the vacation message.
