Getting access to UTS Office Servers
Step 1. Customer will need an AP1 account.
Step 2. Windows 2000 or XP Professional computer must be added to AP1 Domain.
Step 3. Customer's AP1 account is configured to use the computer. *More than one AP1account can use the same computer.
Step 4.Department or group script is run from G: to map network drives.
Customer will need an AP1 account.
InfoTechs and Designates should have the information below to request an AP1 account. Incomplete information will result in some delay. Processing takes about 48 hours. You will notified via email and should configure the computer upon notification.
Roll 3 employee request for an AP1 account have a slightly different procedure. Request for this type of account requires a letter from the supervisor on official letterhead. It must include an expiry date for the account. The letter should be faxed to (905)528-3773. This is in addition to sending in the information below.
