Setting up an AP1 account on the local computer
A Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional computer used to access Office Server shares must added to the AP1 domain before an an account holder can access the Office server network shares.
Open the Control Panel. Open User Accounts icon. Select the User tab and click on the Add Button. Enter the AP1 account username for the individual who will use the computer. Enter AP1 for the domain name and click on Next.

Select Other and then select Administrators. The account holder will have administrative privileges on this computer. Click on Finish.

Click on OK to close the User accounts window.
