PC-Pine
Pine Tree 
PC-Pine was developed by the University of Washington. It is similar in look to McMail Pine but has many additional features such as a menu bar with drop-down menus, dialog boxes, clickable buttons, clickable attachments and supports cutting, copying and pasting using the Windows clipboard.
