Mac IE5 Setup

Select internal modem from the "Show" drop down menu
Select the "Proxies" tab
Click on "Web Proxy (HTTP)"
Enter in libproxy.mcmaster.ca
Enter 8080 for the port #
Click on "Apply Now"
Now select the "PPP" tab
Enter in your account name
Do not enter a password
Enter in only the number you wish to dial
Click on "Apply Now"
Now select the "Modem" tab and make the same selections as seen in the picture below ignore the grey out check marks.
Click on "Apply Now"
Now select "Network Port Configurations" from the "Show" tab; here is where you can select the order in which you can connect to the Internet.
Click "Apply Now"
To dial out double-click on your hard drive icon
Double-click the "Application Folder" and select "Internet Connection"
Now when you try and connect to the Internet you will be prompted for your password.

McMaster is strengthening its password system and all MAC ID passwords established before February 19, 2013 must be changed.
