MS Entourage for Mac

  1. Open MS Entourage for OS XScreenshot #1 of MS Entourage Main Window
  2. Click "TOOLS" on the menu bar
  3. Choose "ACCOUNTS"
  4. In the "ACCOUNTS" window, click "NEW"
  5. Now select "MAIL"

  6. Enter your "NAME" in the Account Name field

  7. Enter your "E-MAIL ADDRESS"

  8. Select your "E-MAIL ACCOUNT TYPE" as "IMAP"
  9. "INCOMING" & "OUTGOING" to "UNIVMAIL.CIS.MCMASTER.CA"

  10. Now enter your "LOGIN ID" but do not enter your password

  11. Finally enter your "ACCOUNT NAME FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY"
