The Java Runtime Environment, or JRE, is free software that is required in order to run Oracle applications. You need to install Version 1.6, Update 16.
You can download Java (JRE Version 1.6, Update 16) by clicking on the Download Java button below.
Ensure Java is Working Correctly
To test the Java Installation, click on the Test Java button below.
You should see a 'Your Java is Working' message displayed if the installation was successful:

The Java Runtime Environment, or JRE, is free software that is required in order to run Oracle applications. You need to install Java Version 1.5.0_06 or higher.
Apple supplies their own version of Java. Use the Software Update feature (available on the Apple menu) to check that you have the most up-to-date version of Java for your Mac.
Step 2 - Connect to the Oracle Application Server
The setup is now complete. You should now be able to connect to the Oracle Application Server and begin working.
Connecting To the Oracle Application Server:
- Start your Web Browser
- Go to the Corporate Information Systems Page https://admoraweb.mcmaster.ca/appsmenu.htm (Accessible as of April 19th)
- Click on the "Access Oracle Apps" button
- Enter your Username And Password
That's it! Your Menu of Applications should look and function as it did before.
