OFFLINE BACKUPS OF CALENDAR VERSION 10.1.2

Backups of all your calendar data can be created on your PC each time you close CorporateTime down. These backups would be used in an emergency (e.g. Network, CorporateTime, or System Hardware is down).

1. From the Menu bar select Tools, Options, a new window should open.

2. Select "Offline" and select "Download". Make sure that the "Download" period date range is adequate for your needs. The longer the date period the longer the download is going to take. Do not select "All Entries". Then select either "Automatically Download" or "Prompt before downloading"

3. Select People/Resources and make sure that you download calendars for any resources and designates that you think you will need access to if you work offline.

4. Select Reconciliation and check that the settings match your needs e.g. you may want check for conflicts on upload (i.e. when you go back on online).

5. Click the OK button to finish and close the window.

6. Create an offline backup by clicking File, Download to Local File and click the "Yes" button when prompted.

7. Try accessing your offline calendar to make sure that you can access the data you require.

From the menu bar select File, then Work Offline (remember to go back online).
