Unable to logon to Corporate Time. It asks for an Offline password
Search for the following files xtmlocal.dat, xtmlocal.ndx, xtmparam.ini, xtmtzone.ini on your computer and delete them. You can now logon to Corporate Time.
You may not find these files if hidden on your computer. To show hidden files:
- Open My Computer or Windows Explorer.
- Click on Tools, select Folder options.
- In the Folder Options box, click on the View tab.
- Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders.
- Click Apply.
- Set all folders to the current view by clicking the "like current folder button".
- Now search for the files listed previously. After deleting these files, change the settings for hidden files and folders to do not show.

Windows XP users, please note that you must also select search hidden files and folders under advanced search options.
These files are usually found with your computer profile information in Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional. If your profile is stored on a different computer, you need to search there for the files listed above..
