ISS BlackICE PC Protection Uninstallation

The following instructions will assist you with uninstalling the ISS BlackICE (PC/Server) Protection software.
Please note that the steps required and screenshots shown may vary slightly between different operating systems.

1. To begin, click on the Start button, and then go to Settings -> Control Panel. Then, double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.

2. The "Add/Remove Programs" window will now appear. Select BlackICE and it will become highlighted in blue. Click on the Change/Remove button.

3. A confirmation dialog will then appear, asking if you wish to uninstall BlackICE Protection. Click on Yes to continue with the removal of BlackICE.

4. The BlackICE Uninstaller will stop the BlackICE service and remove it from your system. Once the program has been removed, you will be prompted to remove the remaining files from the folder and to delete the directory. You may click on Yes to this prompt.

5. Once the remaining files and folders associated with BlackICE Protection are removed, the following window will appear. Click on Finish to exit the uninstaller. You have successfully uninstalled the BlackICE Protection software. You may now close the "Add/Remove Programs" window, and then the "Control Panel" window, by clicking on the X in the top right corner.
