BlackBerry 506 Error
On your BlackBerry:
- Select Turn Wireless Off
- Wait for about 5 minutes
- Select Turn Wireless On
- Go to SyncJE-BB and select Reset
- Next select Start Sync
- If the above steps are unsuccessful
- Restart the Blackberry by removing the battery.
- Replace the battery and the Blackberry will restart.
- Wait for the Blackberry to establish a wirelss connection.
- Go to SyncJe icon and select Reset before starting a sync session.
