BlackBerry 506 Error

Blackberry

On your BlackBerry:

  1. Select Turn Wireless Off
  2. Wait for about 5 minutes
  3. Select Turn Wireless On
  4. Go to SyncJE-BB and select Reset
  5. Next select Start Sync
  6. If the above steps are unsuccessful
  7. Restart the Blackberry by removing the battery.
  8. Replace the battery and the Blackberry will restart.
  9. Wait for the Blackberry to establish a wirelss connection.
  10. Go to SyncJe icon and select Reset before starting a sync session.
