BlackBerry Corporate Calendar Multiple Entries
During periods of poor signal, loss of signal, cancellation by the
user or other technical problems, duplicate entries may occur in
the Calendar.
Step 1
- On your computer, log into Corporate Calendar using the desktop client.
- Print the affected time periods for record keeping.
- Close your Corporate Calendar on the computer.
Step 2
On your BlackBerry:
- Go to SyncJE and select Settings
- Press the wheel or Menu button
- Select Clear Databases
- Select Yes to clear all data in Calendar on your Blackberry
- Select Yes to clear all data in Tasks on your Blackberry
- Select Close
Step 3
- On your computer, log into Corporate Calendar using the desktop client.
- Make corrections to your Calendar. (Make sure designates or anyone you have given your account information is not accessing your calendar at this time.)
- Close your Corporate Calendar on the computer.
Step 4
On your BlackBerry:
- Go to SyncJE and select Reset
- Select Start Sync
