Systems Renewal

Systems Renewal is the art and science of integrating processes, people and data as described in Vision 2020. Its progress and success will be influenced by your many contributions, enthusiasm, dedication and hard work. Our commitment to engage the McMaster community in every step of this challenging journey begins with the Systems Renewal website.
It is inspired by beautiful fractals - a reflection of complex simplicity that describes the goals of Systems Renewal at McMaster. Transparency and multiplicity are key characteristics of the website's purpose, gleaming through the digital art piece that was graciously provided by digital artist Realeoni.

This undertaking is a long but exciting voyage, so all aboard. Course - Systems Renewal!

We take our first steps towards enabling and adopting ITIL principles by documenting the core services we provide to the McMaster community and presenting it to you, our customers, in an easy to use online format.

We invite you to browse our Service Catalogue that is based on the ITIL framework and inspired by card catalogue systems used in libraries.
