Campus Antivirus
Upon Tech Round Table group's recommendations Trend Micro was chosen as Campus Antivirus Solution. It is currently available for use by faculty, researchers and staff on McMaster owned computers
TrendMicro can be downloaded only from on campus locations using Mac ID credentials: https://antivirus.mcmaster.ca/
There is no cost for downloading TrendMicro.
Support available Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with the exception of University holidays.
Corporate Calendar
Corporate Calendar is a calendar and scheduling software application that can be used to schedule events, resources and tasks with users across McMaster University in order to coordinate meetings at convenient times, as well as receive reminders before scheduled meetings.

E-distribution lists
Faculty and Staff may request a new or use an existing e-distribution list in order to reach a specific campus group electronically.

UTS is currently managing the following site licensed software:

UTS purchases site licenses software and then manages the licenses pool for the University. Each interested party is required to pay a reduced cost of the license in order for UTS to recover invested funds into the purchase of site licensed software. Please refer to our website for each software pricing.
"How To" is available through software vendors. License renewal and software download is available through UTS during Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30 excluding University holidays.
