Need access to Mosaic? Here is how to submit your request, please note the same form is to be used to request access removal:
If you need access to finance functions in Mosaic such as submitting expense reports, including mileage claims, or creating journal entries, your supervisor will need to submit a ticket through our online service request tool, https://servicedesk.mcmaster.ca. After logging in, select option 9, then Finance Access Request
If you require additional access to Human Resource functions Campus Solutions functions, your manager will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request this access.
Access rights are removed after 12 months of inactivity and will need to be re-submitted.
