If you are missing a report, please contact the UTS Computer Operator at ext. 23858 with the job name and report title.

Let Operations know within a day of a missing report. If you do not notice a report missing until a week after you have requested the report to print, resubmit your report request to run via Production Control.

For the best service, please report missing reports the day after they were requested to run.
