Online Grade Collection

Upload grades with these simple steps:

Login with your Mac ID
Click on "Grade Sheets" Tab
Click on the subfolder applicable to the Academic Group, Session and Term (i.e., U 201109 1)
Click on your "Course" or "Course Section"
Select a method of loading grades and click "GO"
If you chose to enter grades directly on the screen then:
1. Enter a valid grade for every student on the grade sheet
2. Click "Validate"
3. Click "I Accept..." and "Approve"
If you chose to upload a .csv then:
1. Click "Browse" to select your CSV
  Note: CSV is just a file type. Creating a CSV can be as simple as choosing 'save as' when saving your application and picking 'CSV' from the 'save as type' dropdown menu. If you use Avenue to collect your grades, simply choose the 'Export to CSV' button in the Gradebook, open the CSV and choose your final grade column, giving it a column header of Final Grade. For those who don't have a spreadsheet or electronic file, login into the Online Grades application and click the link "Download CSV Version" at bottom of classlist. A spreadsheet with all your class information will be populated for you. Just fill in the final grade and save.
2. Click "Upload"
3. Click "I Accept..." and "Approve"
If you chose to load from Avenue to Learn:
1. Select the corresponding Avenue Course(s)
2. Click "Get Grades"
