Internet Explorer

The OMR reports are viewable in Mozilla Firefox, Netscape 6.x and higher, and in Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher. They may also be viewable in other Web browsers.

1. Use Print Preview to preview the pages you intend to print to see if they are well sized and positioned. You can change the scale of the page you are previewing in the Print Preview screen, but it does not affect the size of the text on the printed page. If you are satisfied with what you see previewed, you can print from this screen.

2. To change the page layout, choose the Page Setup option in the File menu. Here you can set the paper size, paper orientation and size of the margins, and control the information printed in the header and footer of the page. For help with the abbreviations used in the header and footer, look in the index of the Internet Explorer help file under "headers, printing Web pages", which also provides other help with changing how a Web page looks when it is printed.

3. To change the size of the text in the page you are browsing, choose the Text Size option in the View menu. This change also affects the size of the text when you print the page. Check the page in Print Preview to see whether you like the results.

4. Changing the font can also change the size and appearance of the text. You make this change through the Internet Options option in the Tools menu. Click the Fonts button at the bottom of the General tab to select from a list of available fonts. There is no way to choose the size of the font.

Do you need to print?
You may find you don't need to print all or any of the OMR reports since they are readily available for browsing with these Web browsers. This can help with security and control, as well as reducing the amount of paper used. Please consider the option of not printing!
