Obtaining Access to the Course Evaluation System
To access the Course Evaluation System:
- You need a MAC ID
- Required to login to the OMR Course Evaluation web pages
- Required to create questionnaires, reports and jobs
- Do you need an OMR ID?
- Separates OMR email from other business email
- More than one person can access OMR email
- Contact omr@mcmaster.ca to obtain one.
- Authorization to use OMR Course Evaluation Service
- Your MAC ID must be registered in the OMR Course Evaluation system for you to be able to access the Service.
- The Chair or Administrative Assistant (or equivalent) of your department must confirm your authorization in writing (e.g. by e-mail).
- Contact omr@mcmaster.ca to proceed.
- Logging in to the OMR Course Evaluation Service
- If you have a MAC ID and are authorized to use the OMR Course Evaluation Service, but cannot login to the CE system, contact uts@mcmaster.ca.
