Clearing a stored password in ThunderBird
- Open up Mozilla Thunderbird.
- Click Tools in the file menu.
- Select Options from the drop-down menu. An option dialogue box appears.
- Click on Security.
- Select the Password tab.
- Click the Saved Passwords button. A Saved Password dialogue box appears.
- Select the desired site. Example: imap://univmail.cis.mcmaster.ca
- Click Remove at the bottome left of the dialogue box.
- Click Close.
