UTS QuickSupport

Welcome to the UTS QuickSupport homepage. We've joined the over 100 million users across the world using this software! Thanks for choosing UTS QuickSupport!


UTS QuickSupport allows your UTS technical support person to assist you by seeing what you are seeing and perform required tasks, all without needing an on-site visit! Using UTS QuickSupport allows us to provide remote assistance to you, cutting down on response time and minimizing the impact on your workday.


Download


Click the button above to download UTS QuickSupport for your operating system and save it to place you'll remember. Go to the download and double-click the file to run it (no installation takes place, the QuickSupport application just runs from that file). If your computer prompts you verify that you want to run the application click "Run" or "Allow" or "Open", etc. Once UTS QuickSupport is running, you will see "Your ID" and "Password" give these to your UTS support person, then sit back and relax!


Security

The QuickSupport tool only allows your support person to access your computer when you, the user initiate the session. Your session lasts as long as you have the UTS QuickSupport program open. Once the UTS QuickSupport program is closed, the session ends and another session can only be initiated once again by you.

Support personnel can never access your system with your permission, which you give them by sharing the new session password each time.


How secure is UTS QuickSupport?

All QuickSupport versions use full encryption. Encryption is based on 1024bit RSA private/public key exchange and 256 Bit AES session encoding. This uses the same security level as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today's standards. The key exchange also guarantees that the data channel is completely encoded from client to client and that any routers or servers in between (including our routers) are unable to read or analyze the data stream.
