| Open Outlook 2002. Click on Tools then Options. Select the Mail
Format tab. Click on the Signatures tab.
Click on New to create a signature file.
Enter a name for your signature file. Select start with a blank signature file.
Click on Next.
Enter your contact information and click OK.
Click OK on the preview window if your entry is satisfactory.
If you decide to include a signature file on replies and forwards, select the
signature file to use from the drop down box. Click OK to exit the
Options box.
